Do you accept International Orders?

Signature Fragrances™ loves the fact that customers beyond the UK desire our products. We gracefully accept International orders and further offer FREE delivery with any order over £150. For more information please consult our Delivery page.

How do I track my order?

When we dispatch your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your item has been dispatched, you will then receive a tracking number. With this tracking number you can check the current status of your order by clicking the link on the email.

Do you send out samples?

Yes, complimentary samples are offered to customers when placing an order online.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We hope that you are pleased with your order, however, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return it in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of delivery (UK customers only). For more information please consult our Delivery page.

Are the bottles shown on the site actual representations of the products?

We can confirm that the bottles shown on our website are an actual representations of our products. We try to ensure that the photography process is as close to the real thing as possible.

Should I purchase a full bottle without smelling it first?

We do not advise that you purchase a full bottle until you have experienced the fragrance. For each perfume we offer deluxe-sized samples with free local and worldwide shipping, perfect way to indulge before you plunge into a full bottle.
