We will only deliver to the address given. All orders require a signature upon receipt of delivery, if you are not present to sign for your order, the courier will leave a card for you to make alternative arrangements.

We are unable to process orders to a P. O Box address.

Can I return my order?
Yes, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, or you receive a faulty item then you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.

How do I return my order?

Simply package up your purchase with the order note, and send it to the address below. Please remember to ask for proof of postage.

Non UK customer
Unfortunately, due to International shipping restrictions beyond our control we are unable to accept returns from Non UK customers; however, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will offer you a 10% discounts towards your next order. When will I receive my return?

Returns are usually processed within 2 -3 days of us receiving the items back. Please allow up to a week for refunds to show on your account. We will refund you by the same method of payment (i.e. same card, PayPal)

When will I receive my exchange?

Exchanges are usually processed and dispatched within 2-3 days of us receiving the goods back.

We can only exchange an item for a different perfume or size, providing it is of the same value as the original item or lower. In the case of the latter, we will refund you the difference.

Please allow up to 10 days to receive your samples. This is for International customers ONLY.
